when i reinstall the OS(VISTA) 'cause it's on my HDD already(mobo change) do i boot from the HDD or from the DVD, thank you
 
If you've changed hardware in your computer you'll have to install Vista again...

Make sure you back everything that you want to keep onto a CD or DVD or something.

Then insert the Vista cd into your optical drive and restart the computer, before it loads up enter the BIOS and set the first boot up option as the optical drive, then reset your computer.

When your computer restarts you'll go through the process of intsalling it again.
