relocating the wireless antennae

hello, i would like to know if i can change the wireless antennae to a new place from the existing location without the help of isp? i will have to connect to a new tower. can i configure the router and change the tower that is near to my new location? thankyou

I'm assuming this is a mobile broadband router? If not can you elaborate?

I would imagine if your ISP has a tower in proximity to where your moving it too then it will automatically pick up the signal. But if your out of range to your ISPs nearest cell tower then your out of luck/...just like any cell phone.
