Remote access iPhone to router

My overall goal is to beable to remote view wireless*Surveillance cameras on my network..on my iPhone.

Iam unable to remote access the router
Right now, which is not a good start.
Please explain step by step on getting my router set up, for remote access to my iPhone. *
I have a belkin f5d8235-4

I did open up a port and was using my routers wan ip address 192.168.2.1ort number, so umm what am I doing wrong?.

Have you looked into the surveillance apps at the app store? There's one that's crazy expensive, like 700$, but a few others that I believe go for as little as 99 cents.
