Remote Access software

Which remote access software is very easy to use if i want to operate one computer is used by my family in Dubai and i am living in London.

All i want to access their computer so i can install and uninstall some programs and some other maintainance work on it.


Secondly whenever they restart their computer their internet just stop browsing but skype and all other messenger works fine, install Chrome and firefox then works fine but as soo as they restart their machine it stops working.

Please help for the both question above.

im using realvnc enterprise. there are others. many are good. depends on your personal needs. i can even reboot and login. not free though. many will reply to this one.
 
Teamviewer is a good one thats free for personal use i have it on all the pc's I support from home and its extreemly easy to use..
