Remote App (Linux - Ubuntu Ver.15)

The company where I work at has a server (Windows based) that they usually connect remotely with it via RDP. Now, is it possible to connect to it from Linux? If so, what can I use please? I'm trying to connect from an Ubuntu Ver. 15 to Windows Server.

Think I didn't explain myself well enough. What I am looking for is an application that can be run on Ubuntu and can access Remote App programs on the Server.These Remote App programs would run as if they were running locally on the computer. Does anyone know any?
