Remote Desktop Connection

Remote Desktop is enabled, but doesn't appear under Accessories>Communications...?

I've used it on this computer under a different account that I've since deleted.

First of all, you need to see if you still have the exe file. For that, go to your system root folder (most probably C:\Windows), enter system32 folder and look for mstsc.exe. If you find it there, make a shortcut for it. Then hit Start->Programs->Accessories, and right click on Communications, and select Open. Place the shortcut for mstsc.exe you've just created here and it should appear in the start menu again.
If you don't find mstsc.exe in your system32 folder, go here and download that pack, and then install it.
