Remote desktop connection

I was wondering if anyone could tell/show how to set up a remote desktop connection across the internet.

There are many programs that do this. If you want to access a Win XP Proffesional computer from a XP home or proffesional you can use remote desktop already in windows

Actually,

I was wondering kind of the same thing. I want to have access to my computer, which is at another house. The problem is that I won't always have someone else at that house to click OK. Please help me get a FREE progam that will allow me to connect with like a password or something!

tight vnc is a good one. You install it on both pcs then u open up the server program on one pc set a password, then go on the other open a viewer type in the ip address then the password and your desktop comes up.
