Remote hard drive help.

Hello guys i was thinking about this thing and i don't know if its even possible but here it goes.
I want all my files to be replicate as a RAID 1 from my working machine at work to my hard drive home.
And i don't want to manually copy them i want them to replicate as i create them. So my question is if there is a way with 3rd party software and how should i do that.
