Remove a user

OK i have win xp MCE and i have a Guest Mycomputer and a scott.I only need my computer and guest.How do i remove scott.I tried the usual control panel users but didnt see option to delete.I dont want my computer logging me off.But i cant turn it off or my xbox 360 wont connect witout fast user switching

To remove an account go to Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > You can choose which account to remove by clicking on the account, and clicking "remove/delete account".
