remove free trials

Hi, I have used a free trial of a translator (Babylon 5.0) for a month and now it is expired and I wonder if there is some way to completely erase it from my computer so I can download the free trial again. I tried to remove it from my local disc C: but when I try to download it again it shows that it is still in my computer somewhere and I can't complete the download. Someone has an idea?
 
Its because the program leaves entries in the registry so you cant do that again. Only way you can get one of those trials again is to re-install windows, but companies only want you to use the trials for a certain period of time so you really shouldnt do that.
