For personal reasons, is there any way to hide and/or remove files and programs from searches?

Do you mean - hide files and programs so that they won't be searched?
OR
hide/erase files form the search history.
And what type of search is this? Windows built-in search option? Windows Desktop-Search?

The Windows built in search, I otherwise want to hide a program and all of it's associate files that might show up when you search for the name of the program.....
