Remove text from desktop

I've created a text that says Yahoo Mail stretched across my desktop. This text is on top of my regular wallpaper. This happened while I was trying to create a short-cut for Yahoo Mail. I don't know how to get rid of it. I looked in the control panel under display for it as a possible background, but it is not listed as a wallpaper. This text does not respond to left-side click. Right click brings the same menu options as if you had clicked on any space on the desktop. The OS is XP.

Please help me remove this monster sized text.

Wallpapers are stored in two locations:
C:\Windows
C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper
You should find your image there. It would depend on what the rest of the image looks like before you can determine if the text can be edited out by a program like Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro. Got a screenshot we can see?

I think you set a webpage as your background...

Properties>Desktop>Customize Desktop>Web>Uncheck All Boxes

See if that works.
