removed virus claro now cant connect to internet

can someone please help, I removed a virus called claro I followed the directions from bleepingcomputer.com, but now I am unable to connect to the internet. it made changes to sevices that I am unable to change back.
also it wont let me do a system restore. please help

What are antivirus do you used?

PS I don't know if bleepingcomputer.com can be trust.

Yes, BleepingComputer can be trusted. They are one of the largest malware removal forums on the web.

UPDATE: when i tried to turn on WinRM I get this error;
ERROR 1079 : The account specified for this service if different from the account specified for the services running the same process.
 
Do a system restore back to before you deleted anything and see if winrm is working ok again. And then we will start from scratch.
 
Looks like you may have to reinstall windows. Not sure what you have done to screw up some of the services. I doubt running combofix will do anything. You can try doing a system file checker to see if it will fix anything.

Right click on command prompt and click on run as admin, when it opens type this.

sfc /scannow then hit enter. note: there is a space between the c and the /
