Removing Cache

I'll be brief. A while back, I wrote something for a website, but later asked, and had it removed from the webmaster. However, the site is still cached, so you can google my name and get the search result. I need this removed. What can I do?

It is most likely cached locally on your machine (or others that have viewed it). If you are using IE, simply go to internet options under "Tools", and then there should be a tab or button depending on the version of IE that relates to privacy, from there you should be able to delete the temporary files.
