removing HeatSink And Fan

alright i got a LGA 775 socket... this is my first pc with that socket type, and as you all kno who use this socket type it has them lil plastic things that u push down into the holes.... i got the thermal take jungle heatsink and fan

but i just orderd the new 920 presler intel came out with ....

ive tried pullin on the lil pins or w.e their called but id ont wanna apply alot of pressure to scared to break something lol is their some easy stupid way of taking this off i dont see
 
yea i noticed the the platic pieces at the top of the heatsink turned, i tried pulling on them but i just dont wanan break my motherboard lol... i guess when my new 920 presler gets here ill just take the mothrboard out and do it that way, so itll be much safer
