replacement cooler for core i7 860

i want to replace my stock core i7 cooler (socket 1156)
my pc is practically silent apart from this.
when i use it in silent mode its much quieter but the temps are hitting 60c from 40c so would like a silent alternative that keeps it in the 40s. preferably one without a backplate.
dont know much about coolers but im sure you guys do

never thought of that.just want one i can snap in quickly but i suppose a warped mobo wouldnt be good

Most cases have it so you can remove the side of the case to easily get to the back plate. I'm not sure if yours has that feature or not but its worth checking for.
