what kind of graphics card should i buy to replace my friends. Her video card is shot. And i just need a replacement..any brands or suggestions on prices?
 
what does she have now? what interface? how much is she willng to spend? more questions i cant think of right now.........
 
its Windows ME(scary)...
Its what ever came with it. I havent took the card out itself, and the position its in, i cant see it.

Like she wants the cheapest, but i dont want it to go out ina month.
she needs nothing fancy.
 
well then i would reccomend something like an fx 5200 or even an mx 4000 if she is not going to be gaming. i think there are cheaper ones, but i dont know what they are.
 
mx4000 requires xp tho. she will be doing school work, browsing, downloading music, and messenger...and maybw webcam


i actually bought the mx4000....i was in a hurry and i couldnt find requirments
until i got to work. so its sitting next to me now
