Replacing a AMD Sempron w/ an Turion 64x2

Is it possible to replace these two CPUs?

1.
AMD Sempron 3500+
Socket: S1(638)
Tech: 90nm
Core: 1.150V

2.
AMD Turion64 x2 TL-58
Socket: S1(638)
Tech: 65nm
Core: 0.800V

Could these two CPUs be swapped out in both laptops?
 
You would need to make sure your motherboard supports it, because the Turion uses lower voltage and has a 65nm tech, not to mention it's a dual-core.

Download CPU-Z and tell us the make and model of your motherboard, and also the chipset.
