replacing fan on video card?

I have a gigabyte GT-250 video card, and the fan is now intermittently making a groaning noise. I assume it is a bad bearing. I have checked the case, and there is nothing near the fan or pressing on either side of the card.

Does anyone know if just this fan can be replaced, because that would obviously be a lot cheaper than replacing the whole card.
