Replacing my computer

Hi, i am planing to replace my old,old,old computer to something better but i don't have much money 200-300 dollars(it has to include a monitor with it) and no way to get more for at least 2 months(and i cant wait to get more for personal reasons).
I don't mind if it a laptop or a desktop what i do mind is the ability to play games smoothly (doesn't have to be best graphic.preferably not low graphics) like wow,jade dynasty and some other shooters.
I would like to receive recommendation to what can i buy.
This is my laptop specification:
System Manufacturer: LG
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU T2330 @ 1.60GHz (2 CPUs), ~1.6GHz
Card name: Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family 358MB
RAM: 2048MB

With only 200-300 to play with, you'll have to wait until you get more money. A decent system will at least cost around 500.

There's no way to afford a gaming computer with that budget unless you have parts to reuse, which it seems like you don't unless you also have a desktop. So, yeah.

You'd need $500 absolute minimum. Without at least $500 you can't really buy or build a half decent computer.
