Replacing my CPU??

Ok I know computers but I'm not really in-depth when it comes to replacing laptop components(except for RAM).
I have this laptop with 1.9 AMD Duo-core with 1.5GB RAM:

I plan on upgrading the RAM to 3GB. But I also wanna upgrade my CPU with this:

But I'm not sure if my motherboard is made for this type of CPU. They say if you don't know what CPU is right for your laptop then look for the motherboard information for the laptop...but they never say where to look for it and I know it's not in the User Manual of my laptop.

So how would I know if this is the right kind of CPU for my laptop? Is there a place online that I can look? I searched the Compaq site and it doesn't tell me jack about my motherboard.
Also..is it pretty easy to install a CPU in a laptop?

No, unfortunatly that isnt going to work. For starters that laptop is not going to have a AM2 socket, and that cpu is. Also with just about all modern laptops you'll find that the cpu is actually soldered directly to the motherboard, thus making upgrading laptop cpu's almost impossible to upgrade.
