Reputation of Aeoncraft computers

I dont find Aeoncraft computers when doing a search on the site. Has anyone used them or has heard about their reputation on thier computers and service?

I'm interested in a mid-high range computer with: proc C2D 2.4 Gb, Mobo 680i SLi, Mem 2 mb DDR2, Nvidia 8800 GTS 640, HD 320 Gb, LCD 22", PS 750w.

I would appreciate leads on other computer companies with good reputations that you can select parts on the machine to be built.
 
A question comes to mind here. Where can you check for the customer satisfaction for a computer manufacturer? I can came across another computer company named Digitalstorm. Their parts look pretty good. How can I check them out?

I looked on reseller ratings and there are very low ratings on Digital Storms computers and there are very good ratings. Which ones win out?

just so you know, customer service in general is bad so I wouldn't be counting on any excellent customer service unless you actually buy from a retail store. A lot of places listed on pricewatch, and even with newegg and tigerdirect you will have some problems returning defective hardware under warranty. Once the return policy is up you have to deal with the manufacturer, which is always a pain in the ass.
 
+1 for customer service being bad in general
+100,000 for build rather than buy...nowadays it's not expensive at all and the feeling of satisfaction alone is worth it
