Hi Everyone.

I'm Newbie. Great info you guys have here. I get a new desktop support job and would like to buy a complete & quality PC tool Kit. would you guys recommend one for me?

Much appreciated.

PS. If it is not appropriated categories, please feel free to move.

are you talking about as a technician? You can try EBay and such for that kind of stuff. I used to be a printer and computer tech before I got moved to my current sales position, so I may be incorrect about one or two items.
Make sure you get *grounding strap*, philips #1 and #2 drivers, pliars (for jumpers), flat-blade driver (sometimes easy to unclip plastic), and a set of eyeglass screwdrivers would be handy too (for working on notebooks). torx t10 and t15 screws are good for taking off processors (some). Other good things to have would be diagnostic software, isopropyl alcohol or simple green + scrubby pads and surface cleaner (Windex, or my preferred ProForce, which has no ammonia) for cleaning the product before returning it to the customer. and the obvious things like duster, thermal grease, etc
