Request a cd from Microsoft

Ok, so I have a windows media center computer that needs a fresh install on it. I have the key code for the operating system but I don't have the install cd. Is there a way I could download that whole program or request a cd from Microsoft and if so how do you go about doing that?

What's the make and model of your computer? You may be able to create a factory restore disk.

If its a HP or like, microsoft isnt going to give you anything. You will have to go through the manufacture. Like said you should be able to make some restore disks or there might be a small partition with a factory restore on it.
