Request timeout

Having problem of request timeout since longer, can you recommend ways to identify the main problem?

Can somebody recommend ways to find out the thing thats causing request timeouts?

From where to where?

Usually it's either filtered via firewall or there's a connectivity issue preventing either the request or the reply from making it to the destination.

not using firewall, but antivirus, what connectivity issue could be??
It mostly happens when i visit certain sites with encruption, it also happened with software i used yesterday with and without encryption, how to find the problem & fix it?

yeah, the software cyberduck io , whenever i tried to send data with or without encryption, internet went off showing request timeout
