Requesting drivers for monitor LG W1946

I am searching for drivers for the monitor LG W1946, but I can't find them anywhere. Can somebody who has them please upload them somewhere, then post the link here?

Thanks in advance. Your help will be very much appreciated.

I don't know since that was not my PC, but yeah I'll check. If I install video card drivers will the problem be solved? I'm basically searching for a way to change the horrible resolution and framerate, nothing more.
 
Yeah to get proper resolution you need to have the correct video driver installed. Check what is listed under display adapters in device manager and reply back.
 
Update:
Sorry for the late reply.

Everything is fine, apparently the screen needed nothing more because the GPU drivers were already in place. So I just changed the resolution and everything is working fine now.
