I'm building a new computer and using an Asus A8N-SLI premium. First of all it powered up fine right off the bat and I actually installed windows but I wanted to install a raid array so I made the neccesary changes tried to make some changes in the Bios and it wouldn't let me boot into the raid configuration utility (what I was doing really doesn't matter, the machine won't post, please don't question my motives) so I reset the bios to defaults and it still wouldn't let me in where I wanted to be so I reset the CMOS and now it won't post? All the fans spin, and everything works except it won't post/boot...no video at all. When I replaced the jumper, it was off by 1 pin so basicly the machine was booted with the jumper off(only on one pin as opposed to 2...I blame old age and bad eyes)...I can't believe that would be terminal, please tell me that the board is not screwed
