Resetting default settings

I recently installed Nero 9 on my PC, and recently noticed that when I open a music, video, or picture file, a Nero program is automatically chosen to open the file. I prefer my original setting (i.e. I prefer Windows Media Player for my videos, how to I chose this as my default player?)Thanks!
 
Go find the file and right click it. Open with then choose the program you want to use. There will be a check box. check it. (open this type of file with this program).
