Resetting Firefox Settings

I made some (Lot) changes to the about:config settings that I want to restore back. Is there a way to restore all of them to default with a simple step?

I dont believe so. Just reinstall FF

Next time back up the whole folder located in %appdata%/mozilla

I did that and re-installed. But it still had all my previous settings in it.

So un-install and delete all Mozilla and Firefox folders you can find and then re-install.

I went back into about:config and right clicked on the ones that were user changed and it gave a selection for setting it back to default. I had to do it one by one but it worked.


Note I did that deleting of files and folders I even went into the registry and clean it out and then installed it again and it still had those settings in it.

But now I solved it.
