Resident Evil 5 Fixed Bench Mark

judging by the title i think he thinks that the benchmark is fixed... meaning not a true benchmark.
 
Fixed as in that title of 1 of the two benches, and no I'm not boasting I've had horrible microstutter in sims 3, empire total war won't run maxed, these newest drivers seem to be killing me in games. I wanted bench results to see if anyone else with a 295 is getting way higher average fps then me. Either my gpu is bad or the newest drivers suck.
 
i was totally joking. i will get the game in a day or two and let you know then. did you check any benchmarks that come up on google or youtube?

It's not the game it's a single 500mb benchmark no game required. And I'm using just what they say, OC coming means I'm going to overclock them more in the near future, waiting on a fan.

oh, ha, i see. have you tried other benchmarks like unigine heaven, dirt 2, crysis, etc.? you could compare them if nobody replies with fps.

Nope haven't tried many. Watched Youtube and the highest I saw was average 109fps, mine was 101fps, not a huge difference but what got me worried was they where comparing the 295 with the 5970 and didn't mention any overclock. When comparing the two you would think they where stock speeds. If so a stock speed 295 beat my overclocked 295. Also can anyone suggest some newer stable drivers? 196.21 sucks.

Well I was hoping someone could point me to some newer stable drivers instead of the really old ones on the driver disk that came with the card.


EDIT: Tried the 185 drivers and the performance loss I just can't stand. Losing 15fps over drivers.
