Resizing Images what software do you use?

I can't seem to find the power toys image resizer for Vista.... I was wondering what do you guys use to resize your images?

funny thing you brought that one up. i found powertoys image resizer for xp only. but then thats what i use. another one that is freeware is irfanview.com
works well. save as jpg. if your goiing to get that then ya might as well get all the pluggins. this proggy is nice also because it does batch renaming.

I just use a small program called IrfanView. It's great for easy image resizing.

corel draw

corel draw is a vector program. Images imported into coreldraw (not photopaint) can be re-sized with no loss in quality.

Good old Windows Photo Gallery does the job as well as Office Picture Manager.

ditto, it's all I use. Right now I am stuck with my old version 6.0 because my piece of junk pc won't intstall my Photoshop CS3 again after I reformated the hard drive.

Photoshop but if i need to resize for the internet i just upload it to imageshack.us and just select the resize option.

i use picasa2 and photoshop cs3.

but like epidemik, i upload my photos to photobucket and resize them there if i'll need to upload to a forum.
