Is it just me that doesn't understand the question?
Im just guessing you want to know where the resource monitor is the windows 10, if its in the same place as in windows 8 you can get to it by: control+alt+delete, task manager, performance tab and at the bottom is resource monitor, but I've never used windows 10.
