this is the list of blue screen Disable or Uninstall any antivirus, disk defragmentation
or back up utilities. Check your hard drive configuratio,
and check for any updated drivers. Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive
corruption, and then restart your computer. here it is, ,

what should i do..

Sounds like you need to run the hard drive manufacturer's diagnostic utility on the drive to check for errors. Seems your file system could be corrupt. Do you have the windows 7 dvd? If so then do this, it shows you how to run a diskcheck using the dvd. You still may have to run the hdd's diagnostic test though. If you don't think you can handle this then you may be forced to take it in to a computer repair shop and have them do it.

Agreed. Try a nondestructive recovery or "Repair" first, try safemode booting too? Only reinstall the entire OS if you have exhausted everything. Thats why I use partitions for my Data. The recovery or reinstall only affects the System Partition, not the primary one.
