I have had some motherboard issues (everytime I plug in the power cord, the light turns off) on an old laptop. Long story short, I have a new laptop and I am confident that the harddrive of the old one is in fine condition. I am actually confident everything except the motherboard and/or power supply is in working condition.
I was curious if there was any way to directly connect my old laptop to my new one and access the harddrive? I know that I could physically take out the old harddrive and set it up as a slave, etc but I was hoping for an easier solution. If anyone knows of one, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
