Retrieving Microsoft Outlook 2007 information after formatted har disk (C drive)

I'm trying to retrieve back information (i.e; emails, contacts, ...etc) of Microsoft Outlook 2007 after the hard disk (C drive) has been formatted? How can I do that?

It seems you have done this the wrong way round. You backup before formatting the drive! You can import and export with .pst files.

What type of email account is it that you use in Outlook?
 
You won't be able to. You should have backed up your information before formatting the drive.
