I'm looking to upgrade my graphics, and these are my best choices (b/c my mobo doesn't have PCIE x16 or AGP slots, and I don't have money to upgrade, and with my computer, buying a new one would make more sense), but I want to know how well they perform (if it's worth the upgrade from my slightly crappy integrated graphics). I want to play most games with at least 1024x768 resolution and medium settings. And I can't find reviews for these versions (PCI and PCIE x1) of these cards.

And if these aren't really worth it, then can somebody show me a site where I can buy the Galaxy 7300GT PCIe x1 card? I've seen benchmarks for it (which look pretty much like what I'd want), but I can't find it for sale anywhere.

I play 2002-2003 era games at 1024x768 on my PCI card, and it's decent enough. To answer your more simple question, yes it's worth the upgrade. But if you aren't gonna be using this comp for very much longer, I might go with a $50 PCI, but that's just me.

Thanks, I think I'll just get the PCI version, since it's pretty much the same specs as the PCIE x1 version (and it doesn't take up two slots, so I don't have to fiddle around trying to make it fit in my Dell). And I probably won't be able to upgrade my entire computer until Fall or Winter of this year, that is, if I get a job after my unpaid internship
