Ok my friend wanted to revise his list of what he wanted. So here's the new list:

PSU: Antec TruePower II 380W

Motherboard: ASRock 775Dual-880Pro Dual Core LGA775 PT880 Pro

CPU: Intel Pentium 4 3.2GHz with HT Technology

CPU Fan: Masscool 8W0141B1M3G CPU Cooling Fan

Memory: G.Skill 1GB DDR400 PC3200 RAM

HDD: Maxtor 250GB 7200RPM SATA Hard Drive

Opt. Drive: NEC 16x Dual Layer DVD+/-RW Drive

Video Card: Leadtek Geforce 7600GT 256MB GDDR3 PCI-E x16

Just have one question though and please answer! When I was looking at the CPU, it said it had HT technology support. Does that mean it has HT tech.?

yes the processor is hyperthreading, but it looks like you have ddr ram and I'm guessing that if its an lga775 chipset it takes ddr2, can't tell you for sure since there's no links

The mobo supports both DDR2 and DDR.
