Ridding Context Menu Addons-

I'm such a minimalist when it comes to Graphical User Interface. If it's in games or within the operating system itself- I always prefer to rid those miniscule shortcuts and such.

In this case, that's something added by Microsoft Office's program, Groove. How can I remove this shortcut from my context menu?

check this out.
start ->run->"regedit"
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers

del the things you dont want.you can't miss it.

Shortcuts look quite fancy-

Ssemo's advice was helpful, but not enough. I had to find other registry entries to remove that option from context. In the end, everything worked out. I have the basic shortcut menu once again.

However, I must have carried myself away removing right-click menu appearances. Nothing from the Start Menu or Desktop features Open as a part of the shortcut menu. Which means, as well, double-clicking to open may only be partaken in vain.

So, if anyone knows from a thorough understanding or a past experience with Regedit, could you inform me how to restore my shortcuts to their purpose?

Sigh... I'm looking at the useless things on my desktop right now.
They sit there. And try to look good.
They just won't work.
They leave me to do everything on my own-
"Go to the World Of Warcraft directory on your own and find the executable," they say.
They're too lazy to even take a shortcut for me.
They're petitioning. This can't be.
We're starting quite the battle, and I must win.
But there's so many more of them than me.
I really, really could use your help.
