can anyone suggest a site for ripping music from cds to put onto a mp3.
have windows media but find it dosent always give correct titles of song and artists.
it works ok on itunes but cant copy from that

What do you mean you "can't copy from that" when using iTunes?

you need a good ID3 tag program. I find that the open source applications do a lot better than windows media or itunes. If I were you I would look into a FLAC encoder to rip your music into FLAC and then get a FLAC to MP3 converter so you can transfer to devices that do not support FLAC.

Goldwave is good for ripping. Its ID3 info is user-edited and you can change it before ripping if you don't like what it downloads for you.
