Riva Tuner Questions

Hi. I just overclocked my 8800GTS using Riva Tuner and I have a couple of questions.

1. What are 'performance 2d' and 'performance 3d'? I just set them both the same and put Riva tuner starting on startup.

2. Everytime windows starts it asks me to allow Riva Tuner. Is there a way to put this automatically and not do it everytime?

yeah... ok.. never mess with performance 2d... it does nothing for you... if im not mistaken, the 2d is for like in windows... always use performance 3d... as soon as you launch a game it will switch the video card over to those settings in performance 3d..

the other problem sounds like the UAC in vista... find the start up file and set it to always run in administrator mode... better yet just disable UAC in vista...

Type msconfig in start search, click the tools tab, scroll down to disable UAC, double click, wait for confirmation, and then restart.

Definitely the first thing anyone using Vista should do
