Rivatuner- 8800 gts (g80)

I'm going to overclock my 8800 using rivatuner, ;0 as the title implies..

So I've never OC'd a graphics card before, so obviously I'd like to talk to some pro's first.

First off, I would like to set my fan speed to 100% all the time (I don't care about noise or power consumption). Can this harm the card at all?
Secondly, I can change the fan speed in two different spots (under where my card is listed, and under driver settings). Which one will I be setting my fan speed with?

I'll ask more questions as these ones are answered cause i have a lot

I don't recommend running the fan at 100% at all times, just turn it up when you need it.

Alright. Theres two spots I can change fan speed. At system level tweaks, and at driver level tweaks. Which should I use?
