My WD Blue SATA 3 is malfunctioning. If I send it to RMA, they will replace a Black or Blue Hard Drive. Last month, I did RMA for WD Green SATA 2. They replaced a WD Black SATA 2. I want to know RMA experience from others. Thank you.
Not actually RMA'ed a WD drive before but they should send you the same drive back. For example, if you sent in a Caviar Blue, they'd send you a Caviar Blue back.
