RoadRunner Turbo vs Standard

I have RoadRunner Standard High Speed 7Mbps. My download speed is 6.84Mbps, upload 0.48 Mbps, ping 57ms. If I upgrade to Turbo 20Mbps will it increase my download and upload speeds enough for me to tell a difference? Or would it be a waste of money?
 
I have RR Turbo and my speeds are 12Mbps on a very good day. I never get the speeds I pay for and it pisses me off. I've called and complained to no avail.

Have inquired about cost difference, no answer yet. My son plays lots of online games including wow. Don't know what all games he plays.

Sorry to go slightly off topic, but you can stop payments and they will have three options then - sort it out for you, charge you less or cancel your plan, even if you are in a contract. you pay for a service, they don't give that service, you are totally with in your rights. Your contract works both ways, and if they don't keep to their end of the bargain, you don't have to pay
