Rock band 2 or guitar hero world on tour?

I'm partial to Rock Band. I like the insruments better and the songs were to my liking, but that's not to say I'm not going to buy GH:WT, because I probably will.
The new guitar is pretty nice and feels alot better than the first, but the drums are excellent. This is more personal preference than anything, but rock band has more content.
If you acquire a RB1 disc you can download a license that will enable you to export all but 5 songs on your HDD and play them through RB2. There's a lot of DLC (Downloadable content) available to add to your gaming experience as well.
That's my 2 cents.
