Roommate Connecting to Isp . Help!!

I don't want my roommate to connect to my isp because he downloads things illegally and my isp(Comcast) contacted me . So I changed my WiFi password, so he wouldn't have it anymore. Long story short he went out and bought a WiFi and modem but I believe is still using my isp(Comcast). how can I banned him forever using my isp service ,since he found a work around. Can't asked him to leave he is a family friend and plus we have a rental agreement for six months ugh.
 
You can call you ISP and tell them the MAC address of your modem/router and ask them to only enable it so your modem/router will connect.
 
He can't use a different modem because comcast would need its mac address in order for it to allow internet to pass through it. You have the right to deny him access to the net if he downloads illegal programs. Its your internet, not his and if you allow him to download such programs and comcast catches you, the owner of the account suffers the consequences, not the person who did the downloading.
 
if you go in to the router settings

cant you just set a acess list with MAC adress' so that only your MAC adress for your device can connect?
