Rootkit : hidden process?

Hi, everyone

AVAST has just said it has found the above what it describes as "suspicious file" but having run a scan it then says "recommended action : ignore"

Does anyone know what this is and whether ignoring it is a good idea please?

Location of file is C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\process.exe

Any help gratefully received.

Run the programs in the sticky and post the logs back here. Run malwarebytes first and then hijackthis.
