Rosewill power supply

Hey Everyone,

Does this power supply come with the power cord you use to plug into the wall?

Or, does a power cord generally come with the case? (case i'm getting). In a picture it shows a power cord, but according to someone on the reviews it says it doesn't have a cord with it. Any clarification on this would be great!
