Rotating and saving a video 90*

How do I do this? I have a video that was shot with a digital camera and need to know how I can rotate and save it so it is right side up(90*) Any ideas would be helpful.

Just use Windows Movie Maker, import the video into that, go into effects > and rotate 90(degrees), simple as pie
