router and VPN

Hi,

Are there any portable router that can be configured such that it connects to the internet through a VPN?
I cannot directly install the VPN software on the computer : ).

Sure you can do this with pretty much any aftermarket one. The Mikrotik hEX are pretty small and can push like 400 mbit of IPSec.
