Router Goes Off

I have a Belkin G+ mimo router and it sometimes goes off after about 5-10 minutes. I dont know why it does this but it started doing it about 2 months ago so I reset it to factory setting and it started working again. When It does go off I think it is the router because I cant pick it up on my laptop. Any help would be much appreciated

I've seen some belkins get really really hot and lose signal. Get a new router, try dlink or linksys.

secondly, are u uploading any files online? if you personally uploading about 40kb-50kb/sec p2p; the router usually goes off... Not only the wireless will goes off, but the whole network... Happens to mine too..

possible reasons: overheating.
- or maybe the router is faulty
